Head of Project Management (Construction)

Spirk Brothers, Inc. is a family-owned full-service commercial construction/ project management firm that has been serving clients throughout the Eastern and Mid-Atlantic regions since 1985. We provide construction management, general contracting, renovations, tenant fit-outs, facilities maintenance, and capital improvement services for a diverse range of clients. Our portfolio includes projects within the financial, hospitality, retail, corporate, and commercial sectors. Known for our long-standing client relationships, we take pride in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to ongoing operations. As our company continues to grow, our team is looking to add a Project Manager who shares our commitment to client satisfaction and delivering successful projects. This individual will play a key role in managing commercial construction projects, building relationships with clients and subcontractors, and contributing to the continued success of our organization.

Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
Develop and maintain project schedules
Monitor project budgets and profitability
Attend client meetings and provide project updates
Ensure compliance with contract documents and safety requirements
Lead projects through successful closeout
3+ years of commercial construction project management experience

• Experience xhyhwjd managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
