Family Care Dentistry is a patient-focused dental practice committed to providing quality, compassionate care in a welcoming and professional environment. We are seeking a full-time, licensed Dental Hygienist to join our team. This role is well-suited for a hygienist who enjoys building patient relationships and managing their schedule effectively.
Deliver preventive and periodontal hygiene services with a patient-centered approach
Educate patients on oral health, home care, and treatment recommendations
Work independently while maintaining consistency and quality of care
Manage appointment times efficiently in a flexible schedule environment
Follow all infection control, safety, and clinical protocols
Active Dental Hygienist license in good standing (Kentucky)
Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
Commitment to high-quality, ethical dental care

Current dental hygienist license
Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
Clinical needs as required by office
Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
