We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Aspire Senior Living Jonesburg, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting medical records

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions

Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Missouri

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
