As a Caregiver - Home Care Aid, you will be responsible for providing non-medical care and assistance to clients in their homes. Providing companionship and promoting social interaction
Assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and management of daily routines
Monitoring and reporting any changes in client condition to the care team
Provide person-centered care and support to clients in their homes
Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless continuity of care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided
Adhere to agency policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations

High school diploma or equivalent required
CNA, PCA, HCA, experience preferred
