Process Engineering Positions

Relocation offered: Full-Time
Travel: Non-compete: The estimated base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
Opportunity to lead impactful process improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment

Hands-on role where you can own projects from idea through execution

Exposure to new product development (NPD) and plant innovation

Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, technical teams, and leadership

Lean Manufacturing

High visibility role with the ability to drive measurable plant performance improvements

Identify and lead manufacturing process improvement projects

Analyze production issues using data and on-the-floor observations

Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

Ensure products meet technical specifications and quality standards

Plan and execute factory tests and experiments

Serve as a project leader for initiatives such as:

Energy optimization

Process improvements

Act as a technical leader within a production area

Drive adoption of scientific and engineering principles across the plant

Apply Lean, Six Sigma, DOE, and SPC tools to improve performance

Ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements

Strong project management and execution skills

Bachelor’s degree in:

Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

3+ years of process engineering experience in manufacturing

Microsoft Access

Lean Manufacturing

Lead process improvements
