We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at North Lake Care Center, a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to providing sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and 24-hour skilled nursing care. As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of nurses, administering medications, and developing care plans for our residents. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of nurses, ensuring that all care is delivered in accordance with our facility's policies and procedures

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians
• Develop and maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care, including medication administration and treatment plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in resident care and services
• Identify and report any changes in resident status or condition to the Director of Nursing and other healthcare professionals

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in a nursing home
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and regulations
