Shop Welder / Production

WelderThe main focus of this role is on TIG welding. The successful candidate will interpret weld blueprints, specifications, and work instructions accurately, prepare and fixture components ensuring proper alignment, cleanliness, and readiness for welding. The work environment is a very clean, ergonomic, and safe shop.Work EnvironmentCurrent openings are on the 2nd shift, Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Each cell follows a similar process flow, involving different parts and components. Employees will interact with all members of their cell and several members from other cells or groups, including Quality and Engineering. The company maintains a team-driven environment where quality and safety are the top priorities due to the nature of the work and the cost of goods being produced.
