As a Construction Cost Estimator, you will dive into field and office work analyzing costs, timelines, and risks while visiting sites to gather real-world data. Your analysis and reports will bring practical knowledge to help our clients move forward.

Assist with site visits to collect measurements, photos, and project details.

Support the analysis of labor, materials, and timelines for project estimates.

Help track costs and flag differences between projected and actual figures.

Learn to prepare professional reports and data entries in estimating tools.

Gain exposure to industry software like Xactimate, Bluebeam Revu, and project scheduling tools.

Bachelor's degree in civil / mechanical / structural engineering, construction management, or related field.

Past construction or risk management internship experience preferred.

Advanced Excel skills; Xactimate/scheduling software experience preferred.

Willingness to travel (~30%), meet the physical requirements, and work in varied field conditions.
