Start Date: 07/20/2026
Job Description:
Registered Nurse specializing in CVOR with a focus on cardio and thoracic surgeries. Involves working independently and floating to Main OR as needed.
Responsibilities:

Perform cardio and thoracic surgeries including CABG, TAVR, and valve replacements.
Assist with thoracic cases such as lobectomy and hernia repairs.
Participate in generator exchanges, lead extractions, and open vascular cases.
Requirements:

2 years of CVOR experience at Level 1 or 2 trauma center.
Valid BLS and ACLS certifications.
Completion of a nursing education program approved by the board of nursing; Registered Nurse (RN) - South Dakota Board of Nursing.
Proficiency with EPIC charting system, Omnicell, and Alaris equipment.
Ability to work independently in complex CVOR procedures.
