Were hiring Customer Service Representatives to support our clients face-to-face brand outreach and new customer acquisition. You'll be the first point of contact for new customers, welcoming them, answering questions, and ensuring they have a great experience. If you have a background in retail, hospitality, or customer service, you'll thrive here and if you don't, well train you from the ground up.
This is a face-to-face role conducted at high footfall locations, live events and B2C campaigns throughout the Miami area presenting customized product deals or outreach presentations.
The Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (Standard business/event hours).
Greet and assist customers in person
Guide customers through the sign-up or sales process to ensure a seamless experience.
Work alongside a supportive team to meet daily and weekly performance goals.
Maintain a professional and welcoming representation of our partner brands.
Daily Pay: Daily Base Pay + Uncapped Performance Bonuses
Training: Paid training and daily coaching from experienced industry leaders.
