We help the individuals we support become the fullest versions of themselves through the values of inclusion, independence, and freedom of choice.A Day in the Life of a Residential Instructor:As an overnight residential instructor you would be tasked with the well-being and care of the residents starting at night into the morning. You would check on the residents as needed and as their plan dictates and address anything that might come up during your shift. You would also attend to household tasks during the night while the residents are sleeping. In the morning you would help get the residents ready to start their day may need to assist with personal care, preparing breakfast and transportation to their program when needed.Our overnight staff work in tandem with both the morning and evening shifts to ensure consistency and that our residents are safe, secure and happy in their homes.While you accomplish all of this you will know that you have profoundly impacted the lives of people you serve in ways both large and small.
