Bank Teller/Banker

Position Overview As a Regional Banker/Teller within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Pensacola, Florida. You will manage the customer experience, identify opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, create loyalty, and increase share of wallet. Responsibilities Partner with customers to identify and execute proactive sales conversations.

Lead outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.

Leverage ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand and retain relationships.

Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools and resources.

Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively.

Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.

Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.

Work Experience Roles at this level typically do not require a university/college degree, high school diploma or GED, but do require related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Education No degree is required.
