The Medical Surgical Department at Person Memorial Hospital offers RNs a supportive, patient-focused environment where teamwork and high-quality care are at the center of everything they do. As a vital member of our Medical Surgical , you will:

Deliver high-quality, compassionate care tailored to individual patient needs.
Use your clinical judgment and critical thinking to guide plan-of-care interventions.
Support and enhance patient outcomes across various intensive care units.
Be a proactive leader and innovator in patient care delivery.
Work with advanced technologies and resources that empower exceptional care.
Current RN license in the state of North Carolina (or compact license)
Minimum Two (2) years of RN experience required.
Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited nursing program
Schedule: Full-Time Nights 3x12
