Endocrinology Physician – Southern Illinois

The Staff Pad has partnered with a hospital in Southern Illinois to recruit a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join a newly established Endocrinology service line. This is a hospital-employed opportunity to help build and grow a high-demand program with strong system support and long-term earning potential.

Solo practice initially, with planned growth to a two-physician service line

Integrated EPIC EMR and strong clinical support staff
PSLF eligible and J-1 Visa Sponsorship available

Sign-on bonus: $Quality bonus up to 2.5%

$15,000 relocation allowance
Full benefits: medical/dental, 401(k) & 457(b), 5 weeks PTO, 1 week CME + allowance, holidays, malpractice with tail
