Position Overview
We are seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide advanced vocational nursing care to individuals with complex medical, mental health, and/or behavioral health needs.
Responsibilities

Provide patient care, including medication administration and treatments.
Educate patients regarding medications and treatments.
Complete all required clinical documentation.
Perform computer data entry; full training will be provided.
Follow facility Standard Operating Procedures and all applicable HHSC standards, policies, rules, and directives.
Maintain compliance with applicable healthcare and facility requirements.
Requirements
Valid and current LVN license .
Minimum 2 years of LVN experience .
Must comply with HHSC immunization requirements.
Must complete the required HHSC drug screening.
Must complete required HHSC fingerprinting.
Must complete all facility and HHSC-required training.
Shift Availability
Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
Evening Shift: 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM
Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Shifts may alternate based on staffing needs. Candidates must be able to start on any day of the week, with at least 5 days provided for completion of all pre-employment requirements.
Contract Details
Contract Length: 6 months
The contract start date will begin once all required compliance and clearance requirements have been completed.
Selected candidates will receive onboarding instructions regarding the next steps and start date.
