Quality Compliance Checker

Perform visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished medical products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
Utilize precision measuring tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify part dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes.
Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of quality inspections and test reports.
Identify and report non-conforming products or deviations from quality standards to appropriate personnel for investigation and corrective action.
Follow established inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality control plans to ensure consistency and accuracy in inspections.
Assist in the investigation of quality issues and participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
Support quality audits and inspections conducted by internal and external stakeholders (e.g., customers, regulatory agencies).
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Adhere to safety protocols and quality assurance guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or training in quality assurance or related field is a plus.
Previous experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environment is desirable but not required; recent graduates or individuals with relevant coursework are encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and basic understanding of metrology concepts.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate and consistent inspections.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation purposes.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or training in quality assurance, metrology, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in quality control or inspection within a manufacturing environment, ideally in medical device manufacturing.
Familiarity with quality control methods, testing techniques, and inspection tools used in medical manufacturing (e.g., GD&T principles, statistical process control).
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
Proficiency in using measurement and testing equipment to verify product dimensions, tolerances, and performance.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate and consistent quality inspections.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
