Operating industrial dishwashing machinery efficiently and safely.

Hand-washing specialized pots, pans, and delicate kitchen tools as needed.

Sorting and stacking clean dishes and organizing storage areas for the restaurant culinary/kitchen team.

Maintaining a clean and sanitized dish pit area in compliance with health and safety standards in this Dishwashing role.

Assisting with basic kitchen cook prep tasks or trash removal during peak times.

Monitoring chemical levels for the dishwasher and reporting maintenance needs.

Previous Dishwasher or cook experience in a fast paced restaurant kitchen environment a plus

A positive attitude and the ability to work well with chefs and servers.

Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and maintain a steady flow of clean dishes in the kitchen/restaurant environment.
