Licensed Physical Therapist (Full-time)

At Ivy Rehab, our Physical Therapists have opportunities to pursue multiple professional tracks, including mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non‑treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities.

With productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards, we prioritize sustainable practice environments that support high‑quality patient care. Clinician bonus plan: up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually).

License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state.

Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of standard orthopedics (sports, pelvic, vestibular, pediatric, neuro, geriatrics, etc.).
