Occupational Therapist, Full-Time, Therapy Works

Job Title: Occupational Therapist OT Pay Range: $55-70/hour

Occupational Therapist (OT) | School-Based | 2026-2027 School Year Ampersand Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based position during the 2026-2027 school year. The OT will evaluate students, develop individualized treatment plans, provide occupational therapy services, and collaborate with families and school teams to help students participate successfully in their educational environment.

Schedule: Full Time

Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and reevaluations

Develop and provide individualized therapy interventions based on students’ educational needs and IEP goals

Participate in IEP meetings, care conferences, and discharge or transition planning

Recommend and provide training on adaptive equipment, assistive technology, orthotic devices, and environmental modifications

Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), when applicable, according to state regulations and company policies

Qualifications Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice, or eligibility to obtain one

Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy programSchool-based or pediatric occupational therapy experience preferred

Current CPR certification and health documentation, if required by the assignment

Computer proficiency and the ability to maintain confidential student information

Must be at least 18 years old
