We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Clinical Liaison to join our team at Ezra Medical Center. This role is essential in bridging administrative and clinical operations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for patients while supporting providers in the coordination of care.
Answer phone calls promptly and courteously, directing inquiries appropriately.
Process prescription refill requests under provider supervision.
Assist patients with questions regarding medical concerns, past visits, and upcoming appointments.
Input and update patient demographic and insurance information in the EMR system.
Prepare and process forms, referrals, and prior authorizations.
Assist with appointment scheduling, recalls, and follow-up outreach to patients.
Adhere to Ezra Medical Center's compliance program, policies, and procedures.
Report any conduct or event that may violate legal or compliance requirements.
Experience in a clinical, administrative, or healthcare setting preferred.
Must also have experience or demonstrated skills in administrative functions, as this role combines both clinical and administrative responsibilities.
