Role
Registered Nurse responsible for delivering quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical care, evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment, revise care plans, and supervise CNAs and LPNs. Ensure patients attain highest physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with laws and standards. Implement department policies, exhibit excellent customer service, and communicate effectively within the team.
Qualifications
Nursing diploma or degree, active RN license in applicable state, CPR certification, and preferred minimum of one year skilled nursing experience.
Skills
Strong reasoning, good judgment, positive attitude, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.
Additional
Must adhere to department policies and maintain licensure and CPR certification throughout employment.
