Operations Manager – Healthcare StaffingATC Healthcare Services is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Operations Manager to support the day-to-day administrative operations of our healthcare staffing business.This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how staffing works behind the scenes and enjoys keeping all the moving pieces organized. The ideal candidate is a jack of all trades who can manage systems, stay on top of orders and deadlines, troubleshoot issues, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.This position will work closely with recruiting, credentialing, payroll, and leadership to keep our operations running efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor VMS systems and client ordersHandle job management, data entry, and operational follow-upSupport credentialing and onboarding workflowsAssist with payroll, timekeeping issues, and administrative troubleshootingMonitor deadlines, compliance requirements, documentation, and outstanding itemsCoordinate internally between recruiting, credentialing, payroll, and leadershipMaintain accurate information across staffing systems and internal trackersIdentify gaps or issues and follow through until they are resolvedTake ownership of miscellaneous operational projects, administrative needs, and problemsHelp improve processes and create greater efficiency across day-to-day operationsWhat We're Looking ForHealthcare staffing experience strongly preferredStaffing technology experience requiredExperience working within VMS platforms and staffing systemsStrong understanding of the administrative lifecycle of healthcare staffingExtremely organized with exceptional attention to detailTech-savvy and comfortable learning and navigating multiple systemsAble to manage competing priorities and quickly shift gears when neededStrong problem-solving and follow-through skillsComfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilitiesCollaborative and able to communicate effectively across multiple departmentsThe Person Who Will Thrive in This RoleYou don't need someone standing over your shoulder telling you what needs to happen next.
