Head of Customer Service and Experience

REI Co-op in Sacramento is seeking a Shop Service Manager to direct the shop team and drive the shop program. You will guide teams from the front and deliver best-in-class shop customer experiences while achieving service goals.

You will recruit, train, and lead a diverse, technical workforce, manage shop throughput, and maintain facilities and equipment. This role partners with headquarters and store leadership to build a successful program.
