Position Summary Laborers will perform a variety of physical tasks on heavy highway, road, and bridge construction projects. This position is responsible for assisting with site preparation, cleanup, material handling, traffic control, and general construction activities as directed by the supervisor. What You'll Do Perform tasks involving physical labor on heavy civil construction projects

Assist concrete, drainage, and retaining wall crews as needed

Load and unload materials and equipment safely and efficiently

Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards

Perform other labor-related duties as assigned by the supervisor

What We're Looking For Previous experience in construction labor preferred but not required

Willingness to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

Basic knowledge of hand and power tool operation preferred
