About The Product Manager Role The Product Manager - IoT Embedded Products is responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of lifecycle management of Airgain’s IoT embedded product portfolio. This includes hardware (embedded modules, antennas, chipsets) and software (firmware, device management platforms, APIs, and cloud integrations). Essential Functions for Product Manager
Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap covering hardware, firmware, and software capabilities.

Software Product Management

Define requirements for embedded software, device management platforms, cloud services, and APIs.

Work with engineering to prioritize feature development and ensure high-quality software delivery.

Drive integration with third-party platforms and edge computing capabilities.

Market Analysis & Positioning

Collaborate with marketing to develop product launch plans, sales enablement materials, and training content.

Support sales and FAE teams with technical expertise in customer engagements and RFP responses.

Build partnerships with chipset vendors, module manufacturers, and software solution providers.

Serve as the voice of the customer within engineering and operations teams.

Facilitate cross-functional teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.

Establish KPIs and track product performance to inform improvements and next-gen designs.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or a business-related field.

Proven track record managing products with both physical and digital components.

Experience defining and delivering embedded software, cloud services, and firmware solutions.

Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic actions.

Strong project management and cross-functional leadership abilities.

Domestic and occasional international travel required (up to 30%).

Must have or be able to obtain a valid passport.

Compensation For Product Manager
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $77,000 to $95,000 + target annual bonus. Our salary ranges are determined by several factors, including but not limited to the role, location, job-related skills, relevant education, experience and training. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target range for new hire base salary for the position across all US locations and varies by the location of the position. Entry level
