Nursing Responsibilities
As an LPN or RN, you’ll provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care while supporting residents’ health, safety, and quality of life.
Your responsibilities may include:

Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
Monitor residents’ conditions and recognize and report changes in health status.
Administer medications and treatments within the scope of your nursing license.
Monitor vital signs and document resident assessments and care accurately.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and support residents’ individual care needs.
Follow established procedures for medication administration, narcotic counts, and clinical documentation.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Document and report changes in residents’ conditions, including nutritional concerns, infections, skin conditions, and other clinical observations.
Follow individualized care plans and applicable state and federal regulations.
Promote resident dignity, safety, comfort, and quality of life throughout the day shift.
Qualifications
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Current, active LPN license in the state of Missouri.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Skilled nursing, nursing home, or long-term care experience preferred.
Strong communication, clinical documentation, and teamwork skills.
Registered Nurse (RN)

Current, active RN license in the state of Missouri.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Skilled nursing, nursing home, or long-term care experience preferred.
Strong assessment, communication, and clinical documentation skills.
