Always Best Care is seeking experienced Level III caregivers throughout Napa and Solano County. This role is ideal for caregivers who are confident providing hands-on personal care and supporting clients with more involved daily needs.
Were looking for caregivers who can demonstrate:
Hands-on personal care experience: Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care while protecting each clients dignity.
Experience with gait belts, Hoyer lifts, and other transfer equipment, following the care plan and required training.
Dementia care skills: Patience with repeated questions, thoughtful redirection, and a calm approach when a client is confused or resistant to care.
Recognizing changes in a clients condition and promptly reporting concerns to the office.
Accurate task completion and detailed shift notes that describe the care provided and the clients response.
Provide attentive care that helps seniors feel safe, comfortable, and respected at home. Along with personal care and mobility assistance, youll prepare meals, offer medication reminders according to the care plan, assist with light housekeeping, and provide companionship.

Level III starting pay: $19.00 per hour
Couple care opportunities $25 per hour
