General Practice Physician (Full-time)

The Staff Pad is partnering with a mission-driven community health organization to hire a Family Medicine Physician in Pomona, California. This is an opportunity to join a respected organization dedicated to serving patients through high-quality, preventative, and primary care services.

This role is ideal for a physician who is passionate about whole-person care, chronic disease management, and building long-term patient relationships within a patient-centered medical model.

Provide comprehensive primary care services across the age continuum in a family medicine setting
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform patient assessments including medical history, physical exams, and care planning
Prescribe medications, treatments, therapies, and immunizations
Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care
Support preventative care initiatives and chronic disease management
Collaborate closely with care teams to improve patient outcomes
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer reviews
Supervise Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and other clinical staff
Ensure accurate clinical documentation, billing compliance, and regulatory reporting
Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem options available
Rotating after-hours physician call schedule required
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Active and unrestricted California Physician License
Board Certified in Family Medicine (required)
Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Strong clinical judgment across acute and chronic care management
Spanish/English bilingual preferred
