Maintains relationships by developing an understanding of the strategies, business operations; explaining policies and procedures. Maximizes diversity by identifying issues; coaching clients during hiring process; and providing training and guidance. Responds to employment related civil actions, federal agency charges and employee complaints by conducting investigations, maintaining documentation and partnering with legal counsel. Resolves manager and employee dissatisfaction by investigating complaints and concerns; Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Ensures compliance with requirements, policies and regulations by enforcing adherence to corporate systems, policies and governmental laws and regulations; advising management on needed actions. Complies with federal, state and local legal requirements by studying and reviewing existing and new laws; advising management on needed actions. studying and resolving complaints; establishing personal networks; Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; Allocates program costs by preparing operational and risk reports for analyses. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting and orienting employees. Maintains staff job results by training coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results. establishing personal networks; Contributes to team effort by accomplishing determined Financial and Key Result Area targets pursuant to Company Plan guidelines.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. including minimum of 2 years of management responsibility. Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred.
