Associate Attorney (Full-Time Remote position)

To support a dynamic legal team, the full-time Mass Tort Associate Attorney will navigate all phases of mass tort litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation, while working remotely and gaining hands-on experience in complex cases.
Key responsibilities
Navigate all phases of mass tort litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation
Assist and lead discovery efforts, including document identification and witness depositions
Draft critical litigation documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses
Required qualifications
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
2-4 years of litigation experience preferred, but motivated candidates will be considered
Active membership in a State Bar
A passion for trial work and a proactive approach to case ownership
Experience with complex civil litigation or commercial litigation is a plus
