What You'll Do
Provide high-quality nursing care in a Surgical ICU setting during night shifts
Monitor and assess patient status, responding swiftly to changes
Administer medications and treatments precisely as ordered
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Document patient care accurately and promptly
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and legal requirements
Participate in on-call rotations and floating duties within the ICU
What You Need
Required:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or eligible for licensure
BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications (current)
A minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience, ideally in Surgical, Trauma, Burn, or Transplant ICU
Ability to work night shifts and flexible with floating duties
Preferred:
Experience in Trauma, Burn, or Transplant ICU settings
Prior travel nursing experience
