Salesperson for Retail Sales

Sales Associate / Product Specialist Join our retail team, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of Skechers' footwear, apparel, and accessories.

Compensation Starting Rate: $17.00 – $18.04 per hour

Responsibilities Engage customers and provide personalized product advice to help them choose the right items.

Contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals.

Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise.

Handle cashier responsibilities, accurately process payments, and ensure a positive closing interaction.

Stay informed on product offerings, sharing details to improve the customer experience and boost sales.

Collaborate with teammates to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards.

Qualifications Outstanding customer service skills in an entry‑level retail setting.

Motivated to meet and exceed sales goals.

Detail‑oriented and comfortable handling cashier tasks.

Availability for flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of urgency to represent the Skechers brand.

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).

Retail sales, customer service, or cashier experience is a plus.

Minimum age 18 years.
