Texas Professional Insurance Agents

Brightway Insurance in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to build community partnerships, grow business, and deliver excellent service. The role requires assessing client needs, offering tailored policy solutions, and fluency in Spanish.

Hybrid work with 2-3 days in-office weekly, 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will be licensed in Texas P&C, have 2+ years of P&C sales experience, and possess strong communication and analytical skills to drive
