Key Responsibilities Lead daily shifts with integrity and promote the Popeyes® culture

Ensure smooth restaurant operations and excellent guest service

Greet guests warmly, take orders, and process payments efficiently

Train and coach team members to foster teamwork and collaboration

Maintain safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards

Manage inventory and oversee product quality

Support all restaurant areas by working across multiple stations

Qualifications & Skills At least 18 years old with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, energetic environment

Positive and professional interaction with guests and coworkers

Eager to learn and take on diverse responsibilities

Physical Requirements Effective communication skills with team and guests

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry items up to 15 pounds

Frequent kneeling, stooping, and standing during shifts

Operate registers and assist with food preparation as needed
