Head of Talent Management and L&D

This newly created leadership role will be responsible for building and scaling enterprise-wide talent development programs that support both corporate functions and operational sites.Responsibilities:Build and lead a centralized Learning & Organizational Development function from the ground up.Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives that support employee growth, engagement, and performance.Create scalable learning and development programs that can be deployed across multiple locations.Lead change management efforts related to learning, leadership, and organizational development programs.Collaborate with both corporate departments and operational site leadership to ensure talent strategies support business growth.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Education, or a related field; 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.Proven experience building or transforming a Learning & Organizational Development function.Strong background in leadership development, succession planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong change management and organizational transformation experience.Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, mining, or similarly complex operational organizations is highly preferred.
