Fully remote role supporting clients in Colorado
Looking for someone bilingual
Immediate start required
Flexible structure: Part-time or Full-time options available
Caseload includes both ongoing supervision and initial assessments
Clients scheduled across morning and afternoon hours (Mountain Time)

Oversee and manage a full caseload of RBTs remotely
Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance
Ensure high-quality, ethical, and effective care across all clients

Active BCBA certification
Able to complete credentialing in Colorado (no license required)
Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage a full remote caseload independently
Ready to start immediately and take ownership from day one
Comfortable supporting both morning and afternoon client schedules

Hourly: $70–$90/hour (based on experience)
Full-Time Salary Option Available: For BCBAs overseeing 220 billable hours weekly across their RBT caseload
