Do you believe food is medicine? That healthy food should be accessible, sustainable, and as local as possible? Farm Fresh To You, the West's leading farm-to-door delivery service, is seeking high-energy, growth-oriented individuals to join our Direct Sales Team as Farm Ambassadors. Nutrition and wellness advocates remind our communities that food doesn't grow on shelves.
This isn't your average sales job. Farm Fresh To You, powered by our family-run farm, Capay Organic, connects households directly to sustainable, organic farms throughout the West. Our direct sales team is the heartbeat of that mission. We meet people face-to-face, share our passion, and help them take that first step toward better food and a better future.
As a Farm Fresh To You Ambassador, you'll:
Engage with members of your community through door-to-door sales and local events
Build meaningful customer relationships and represent a brand with deep roots in Organic farming's legacy
Develop a rock-solid sales foundation and grow your income through performance
You are looking for full-time work within a strong team culture
Am I excited to be part of a company that's changing the food system?
Do I enjoy being outdoors and talking to people from all walks of life?
Full-time availability (we do not offer introductory part-time roles)
High school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable with walking, standing, and working outdoors for several hours
BONUS IF YOU HAVE:
Experience in sales, outreach, education, or wellness
Familiarity with food systems, sustainability, or nutrition
