The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and leading the nonclinical safety and toxicology framework, serving as a critical advisor on multidisciplinary teams, and defining target safety profiles in collaboration with various scientific and clinical colleagues. This role requires a strategic and scientific leader with a strong background in nonclinical safety programs, particularly those supporting small molecule therapies, and a proven track record in regulatory authorship and agency engagement.

Applicants for the Head of Toxicology position at the company should hold an advanced degree in toxicology, pharmacology, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 15 years of industry experience in nonclinical safety and toxicology. The role demands a leader with a strong record of success in leading cross-functional teams, influencing development and portfolio strategies, and a deep understanding of regulatory standards.
