Physician - Fulltime - Plastic Surgeon

We invite applications for a specialist in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at our Largo and Tyson’s Corner Medical Center .

MAPMG physicians are salaried, without the pressures of alternative payment models or fee‑for‑services. Our members have easy access to specialists and medical records, thus allowing you to treat the whole patient.
A broad reconstructive practice which includes both implant-based and autologous breast reconstruction, post-weight-loss soft tissue removal, head-to-toe reconstruction of soft tissue defects in coordination with our surgical oncology team, post-Mohs reconstruction of facial defects, breast reductions, functional blepharoplasties, transgender top surgery, and other miscellaneous reconstructive cases
Work in a collaborative environment with a group of 7 other full-time plastic surgeons
Call coverage for our patients which is split evenly among all plastic surgeons, and does NOT involve coverage of hand call
should have comfort and willingness to perform microsurgical cases, primarily in context of breast reconstruction (DIEP flaps), as part of two-surgeon team
Board Certified or Eligible in Plastic Surgery

The starting annual salary for this position is $475,000 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity:
