Manufacturing Engineer Findlay, OH area
$Join a fast-paced manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Engineer , where you'll drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost. Reporting to the Manager of Engineering, you'll be involved in hands-on process development, tooling design, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Engineering role include: Identify and implement process improvements across manufacturing operations
- Design and update equipment, tooling, and layouts for efficiency and performance
- Analyze defects and customer claims to identify root causes and recommend solutions
- Support new product launches and ensure smooth integration into production
- Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues
Qualifications of the Manufacturing Engineering role include: Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using engineering software
Good communication and computer skills
