We are currently seeking experienced and driven candidates to serve as a Bartender.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct opening and closing sidework per checklists.
Greet customers, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding drinks and menu items.
Take drink orders and prepare cocktails in accordance with standard beverage recipes.
Take food orders from guests and submit to kitchen for preparation.
Record all sales transactions and secure accurate payment.
Wash glassware as needed.
Familiarize and be knowledgeable of current food and beverage offerings, including wine lists and cocktail menu.
Provide current information regarding hours and available services of the hotel and surrounding areas.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas.
Job Requirements
3 to 6 months related experience, one year certificate from college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Exceptional customer service skills.
