Home Care Caregiver: Full Time and Part Time

REM Community Services , a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Pay $17.00 per hour! Part-time positions available.

Akron/ Part-time 5 hours weekly/20 hours monthly; Saturdays: 9:00-2:00 or 10:00-3:00 or 11:00-4:00

This position requires a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license held for at least one year (post-permit) and a clean motor vehicle record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy.

Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
