Responsible for exceeding the customer expectations by providing them with friendly, prompt, and attentive service, guided by each guest’s preference and cues.

Extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu. Recommend, upsell, and reinforce the customers’ orders.

Prepare food and condiments adhering to Outback standards.

Buss tables, deliver food and beverages, and ensure every opportunity to WOW a customer is complete. Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, job safety and sanitation standards.

Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.

Demonstrates teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise.

Must be at least 18 years old to sell alcohol.

Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.
