Key Responsibilities
As a Financial Advisor, you will engage with clients to understand their comprehensive financial needs, provide personalized guidance to help them achieve financial protection and planning goals, and design and implement tailored strategies that safeguard clients' assets, income, and overall financial well‑being. You will review and update clients' financial plans and insurance policies regularly, cultivate a robust network of clients through referrals and community involvement, and maintain a high level of client service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Prefer an associate’s or bachelor’s degree, but not required.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or business development is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and relationship‑building skills.
We welcome candidates from business‑development‑oriented organizations in fields such as medical device, education, logistics, solar, payroll services, technology, real estate, and auto rental, who can deliver uncapped earning potential and achieve strong client results. You will be required to obtain state insurance licenses; training and sponsorship will be provided.
