Location: Sun City West, AZ Job Type: Full-Time Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic Schedule: MondayFriday | No On-Call Compensation: $85,000$100,000 annually (DOE) + Monthly Performance Bonus ($500$2,000)

We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our established outpatient rehabilitation team in Sun City West, Arizona. Monthly Bonus: $500$2,000 based on productivity (RVU incentive)

~ As a Physical Therapist, you'll evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. You'll combine hands-on care, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and clinical expertise to help patients restore function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy.

You'll work collaboratively with physicians and rehabilitation professionals while maintaining the autonomy to manage your own caseload and make clinical decisions that support the best possible outcomes.

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and functional movement assessments

Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, balance training, and other skilled interventions

Communicate effectively with referring physicians and members of the healthcare team

Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)

Passionate about helping patients achieve meaningful recovery

Dedicated to delivering evidence-based, high-quality care

Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred

Active Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain prior to start

Previous outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience

Manual therapy and functional rehabilitation experience
