Looking for steady hours, weekly pay, and a team that actually supports you? BrightStar Care of Northbrook / Evanston is hiring Caregivers and CNAs for immediate openings.

$18–$20 per hour starting rate

Earn $27 per hour with overtime!

Very flexible scheduling with 4, 8, and 12-hour shifts

Weekly pay

Paid onboarding and training

Referral bonus program – Earn up to $500 per referral!!

Benefits available for caregivers working 30+ hours per week

Supportive office team

Walk-in interviews Monday–Friday | 9 AM – 4 PM

What you'll do as a caregiver or CNA, you will provide in-home care for clients in the comfort of their homes. Companionship

Assistance with personal care

Light housekeeping

Every client's needs are different, and we match caregivers based on skills and experience.

At least 18 years old

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Reliable personal vehicle

Valid driver's license and auto insurance

Willing to attend new hire training
