We are seeking a detail orientated and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Home Care team!

Comfortable assisting with personal care and daily living activities.

Flexible and able to follow specific instructions for individualized client care.

Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential.

Assist clients with personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, and transfers.

Follow client-specific Plans of Care and dietary guidelines.

Prepare and serve meals according to client needs and preferences.

Perform basic housekeeping, errands, shopping, and transportation as needed.

Respond promptly and competently in emergency situations.

Notify supervisor of changes in client behavior or health.
