ProHealth Physicians has an immediate opening for a friendly, patient focused and detail oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team. The position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5 pm. May be asked to float to local practices in the region for coverage.

Consult a medical assistant or licensed clinician for clinical decision making whenever necessary

Scan and index documents into the EHR; ensure that necessary documents, lab results, etc. Assist coworkers as needed to ensure smooth office operation and delivery of excellent service through teamwork

Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED

1 + years of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with an electronic health record

Knowledge of medical terminology

Office Administrative / Receptionist / Clerical experience in a medical environment

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16 - $29 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
