Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive test plans and strategies for complex software

applications.
# Conduct detailed manual and automated testing to validate software functionality, performance,

Identify, document, and prioritize defects, and collaborate with developers for timely resolution.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Mentor junior quality engineers, promoting best practices in testing and quality assurance.
• Analyze test data, generate quality metrics, and provide regular reports on software quality to

# Stay updated on emerging testing tools, technologies, and best practices, and evaluate their

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
#5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on both manual and

automated testing.
# Strong coding skills in programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript for test

In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression,

performance, and security testing.
# Experience working in agile development environments and understanding of agile
