This is not a generic energy modeling role.
A respected New England engineering firm is hiring an Energy Engineer to shape how real buildings perform, not just analyze them after the fact. You will influence design decisions, guide decarbonization strategy, and drive measurable energy and cost outcomes across meaningful projects.
Energy modeling that directly informs building design
- Utility data analysis and life cycle cost optimization
- Energy code compliance and performance targets
- Clear, decision-driving technical reports
- Collaboration with architects and engineering teams on high impact projects
Projects span healthcare, education, civic, and complex commercial work
- Hybrid schedule with real work life balance
- Long term growth in a stable, engineering-driven culture
- 5+ years in building energy modeling
- Knowledge of energy codes, electrification, and life cycle cost analysis
- Strong technical writing and attention to detail
